1. Where We Ship
Henry Francis ships worldwide from Christchurch, New Zealand. Rates and delivery estimates are grouped by region below. If your country isn't listed in any region, contact us at info@henryfrancis.com before ordering and we'll confirm availability and rates for your location.

Delivery times are estimates only. Rural addresses, customs processing, and peak periods may add additional time.
3. High-Risk & Restricted Destinations
DHL applies additional Elevated Risk or Restricted Destination surcharges to specific countries, published and updated by DHL as conditions change. As of July 8, 2026, these surcharges are active for Israel (Elevated Risk) and the Russian Federation (Restricted Destination). A related surcharge applied to Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates between March and 26 June 2026 and is currently suspended, but may be reinstated without notice.
Orders to a currently flagged destination carry an additional surcharge on top of the zone rate in Section 2. Contact info@henryfrancis.com before ordering if you're shipping to one of these destinations and want current pricing confirmed.
4. International Orders — Customs, Taxes & Duties
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping rates above.
No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax or duty likely to apply before placing your order.
Transit times shown in your tracking details are estimates only and may be extended due to customs processing, quarantine processing, freight schedules, or demand in your region. Tracking details are provided in your shipping confirmation email, check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
5. Order Processing
Orders are dispatched from Christchurch, New Zealand. We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days, excluding custom pieces, peak periods or unforeseen delays. Shipping timeframes shown above do not include this processing time.
6. Transit & Delivery
Tracking details are provided once your order ships. Transit times shown in tracking are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, freight schedules, or regional demand. Henry Francis is not responsible for delays caused by courier providers.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged or faulty, contact info@henryfrancis.com. We'll assess the issue and advise next steps.
8. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
9. Delivery Responsibility
Orders remain our responsibility until delivered. Delivery is considered complete once the courier marks the parcel as delivered to the nominated address. If an authority to leave is active, delivery may be completed without signature.
10. Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:
• an incorrect address provided at checkout, or
• failure to collect or accept delivery, we may charge a redelivery fee.
You'll be contacted before any charge is applied.
11. Duties & Taxes
New Zealand orders include all applicable taxes. International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs charges. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders will not be refunded if duties or taxes are unpaid. Check with your local customs authority before ordering.
