Free express shipping on orders over $100 NZD.
Orders under $100 NZD:

  • $4.90 urban
  • $7.90 rural

Carrier: NZ Post
Delivery time: 1–3 business days*

Free shipping applies to standard purchases only.

Australia

Free standard shipping on orders over AU$130.
Orders under AU$130: AU$12.90

Carrier: NZ Post / Australia Post
Delivery time: 3–10 business days*

DHL Express 2-4 Days: AU $29.90

*Delivery times are estimates only. Rural addresses and peak periods may add additional time.

International orders:

May attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not Henry Francis's responsibility. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only. Delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules, and demand in your region. Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched from our Christchurch warehouse.

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days, excluding peak periods or unforeseen delays.

Shipping timeframes do not include processing time.

Transit & Delivery

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Transit times shown in tracking are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, freight schedules, or regional demand.

Henry Francis is not responsible for delays caused by courier providers.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged or faulty, contact info@henryfrancis.com

We’ll assess the issue and advise next steps.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no indication of contents.

Delivery Responsibility

Orders remain our responsibility until delivered.

Delivery is considered complete once the courier marks the parcel as delivered to the nominated address.
If an authority to leave is active, delivery may be completed without signature.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address provided at checkout, or

  • failure to collect or accept delivery

we may charge a redelivery fee.
You’ll be contacted before any charge is applied.

Duties & Taxes

New Zealand orders include all applicable taxes.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs charges. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders will not be refunded if duties or taxes are unpaid.

Check with your local customs authority before ordering.
