Ring Try-On Credit Terms

What the credit applies to

The purchase price of eligible Henry Francis try-on kits may be credited toward the purchase of a Henry Francis engagement ring, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligible products include:

• The Decision Kit
• The Comparison Kit
• The Confirmation Kit

The credit applies only to the product price paid for the eligible try-on kit.

Shipping fees, international or domestic shipping costs, taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, and any third-party courier or government charges are not credited.

Credit amount

The credit amount is equal to the product price paid for each eligible try-on kit.

If multiple eligible try-on kits are purchased, the credits may be combined and applied toward a single engagement ring purchase.

The total credit applied cannot exceed the value of the engagement ring purchased.

Validity period

Each credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of the corresponding try-on item.

If multiple try-on kits are purchased on different dates, each credit will expire independently based on its original purchase date.Expired credits cannot be reinstated.

How the credit is applied

Credits are linked to the email address and customer account used at checkout.

When an engagement ring is purchased using the same email address, any available credit will be eligible to be applied at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they use the same email address when redeeming their credit.

Credits are applied in the currency of the original try-on purchase where possible. Where credits are applied manually, currency conversion may occur at checkout based on the exchange rate at the time of redemption.

International orders

Henry Francis ships try-on kits and engagement rings internationally.

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by, offset by, or deductible from the credit.

Credits apply only to the engagement ring product price and do not apply to international shipping or import-related charges.

Transfers and surprises

Credits are non-transferable by default.

If a try-on product was purchased as a surprise or if the credit needs to be transferred to another email address, a one-time transfer request may be made by contacting support@henryfrancis.com
Verification may be required. Approval of any transfer is at the sole discretion of Henry Francis.

Eligible use

Credits may be applied only toward the purchase of a Henry Francis engagement ring.

Credits cannot be used for:

• Shipping or delivery fees

• Taxes, duties, or customs charges

• Additional try-on kits

• Loose stones, accessories, or add-on products

• Services or future purchases outside engagement rings

One-time use

Each credit may be redeemed once only.

Credits cannot be split across multiple orders or combined with other promotional credits or discounts unless explicitly stated.

No cash value

Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, refunds, or exchanges.

Returns and cancellations

If an engagement ring purchase made using a credit is cancelled or refunded, the credit will not be issued as cash.

If a credit is reissued, it will remain subject to its original expiry date.

Changes to these terms

Henry Francis reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.

The terms in effect at the time the try-on kit is purchased will apply to that credit.
