Every Henry Francis Ring Try-On Kit is an investment in certainty. 100% of your kit purchase price is credited directly toward your final engagement ring.

Credit Value & Scope

100% Product Credit: The full purchase price paid for eligible try-on products is applied directly as a credit toward your final engagement ring order.

Product-Only Application: The credit equals the price you paid for the kit, before duties and taxes. It applies to the price of your engagement ring. Duties and taxes paid on the kit aren't credited or refunded. Duties and taxes on your ring are calculated at checkout on the ring's price.

365 days to decide:

Your full credit balance remains active for 365 days from the date of your kit purchase. Take the time you need. Expired credits cannot be reinstated.

Redeeming Your Credit

>Your credit is linked to the email address used at kit checkout. When you're ready to order your ring, sign in at checkout with the same email address. Your credit will be there to apply.

Surprise Proposal Transfers

Purchasing a kit on behalf of someone else or planning a surprise? We can move your credit, once, to another email address. Contact hello@henryfrancis.com to initiate a transfer.

Conditions of Use

Single Engagement Ring Allocation: Credit applies exclusively toward the purchase of a Henry Francis engagement ring. Credit can't be used on Archive pieces.

Non-Cash Value: Credits hold no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit on separate merchandise.

One-Time Redemption: Each credit balance may be redeemed once. If a made-to-order ring order is canceled under approved terms, any applied kit credit is reissued under its original 365-day expiration timeline, never as cash.
