Free Ring Resizing
Henry Francis offers one complimentary resizing within 2 sizes and 6 months of receiving your ring, depending on the ring type and complexity. This includes free shipping both ways for customers in New Zealand.
There are limitations for ring with stones on the band, engravings, or complex/intricate designs. Rings that can not be resized or have resizing limitations will be clearly stated in the product description. These rings are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How To Request A Resize:
Please contact us via support@henryfrancis.com. Provide the exact size you would like your ring resized to.
Free Resizing Terms and Conditions:
- One free ring resize is available within 2 sizes of the original ring size, within 6 months of receiving your ring.
- For customers in New Zealand, this includes free shipping both ways.
- For international customers, shipping costs for your complimentary resize (within 2 sizes) must be covered by the customer.
Additional Fees:
- Resizing within 6 months but outside the 2-size limit will incur a resizing fee. Return shipping remains free for New Zealand customers. We will provide estimated costs before proceeding.
- Resizing after 6 months or after using the one free resize will incur both resizing and shipping fees.
Requirements:
You must have made a reasonable effort to provide the correct ring size at the time of purchase.
Timeframe:
Resizing can take 3-4 weeks. While we aim to complete it sooner, this is the estimated timeframe.
Non-Resizable Rings:
Rings that can not be resized will be clearly stated in the product description. These rings are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Complex Resizing:
Resizing more than 2 sizes may require remaking the setting, which will take longer than 3-4 weeks and incur higher costs. We will provide a cost estimate before proceeding.
Resizing Process:
Resizing can involve adding or removing small amounts of metal, which can result in subtle variations in thickness. Minor blemishes or markings may also occur. By choosing to resize your ring, you accept these potential outcomes.
Warranty:
Resizing your ring at an unauthorised jeweller will void your lifetime manufacturing warranty.
What To Expect:
We will contact you once we have received your ring and update you on the progress.
Once resizing is complete. we will notify you and provide tracking details for the return shipment.
