Ring Credit Terms & Conditions

Credit Eligibility
The cost of the Henry Francis Ring Try-On Kit and/or Try-On Ring is eligible to be credited toward the purchase of a Henry Francis engagement ring, subject to the terms outlined below.

Credit Value
The credit amount is equal to the product price paid for eligible Try-On items, including:

  • Ring Try-On Kits
  • Individual Try-On Rings
  • Add-on stones
  • Add-on setting styles

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, or any other associated costs are not included and will not be credited.

Stacking of Credits
If you purchase multiple Try-On Rings, additional stones, or multiple setting styles to try, the eligible product credits will stack.
The total credited amount will be applied toward a single engagement ring purchase, subject to the remaining terms of this policy.

Credit Validity Period
All credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of each respective Try-On item.
Credits expire individually based on their purchase date. Any unused credit will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

Account Linking
The credit is linked to the customer account used at the time of purchasing the Ring Try-On Kit or Try-On Ring.
The credit will be automatically applied at checkout when an eligible engagement ring purchase is made using the same account.

Transfer of Credit
Credits are non-transferable by default.
If you wish to transfer your credit to another individual or account, you must contact support@henryfrancis.com for approval and manual processing. Henry Francis reserves the right to request verification before approving any transfer.

Eligible Purchases
The credit may only be applied toward the purchase of a Henry Francis engagement ring.
The credit cannot be used on other products, services, shipping fees, duties, taxes, or future Try-On Kits.

One-Time Use
Each credit may be redeemed once only.
Credits cannot be split across multiple purchases or combined with other promotional credits unless expressly stated.

No Cash Value
The credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returns & Cancellations
If an engagement ring purchase using the credit is cancelled or refunded, the credited amount will not be reissued as cash. Any reissued credit will be subject to the original expiry date.

Fraud & Misuse
Henry Francis reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke any credit where misuse, fraud, account manipulation, or breach of these terms is suspected.

Changes to Terms
Henry Francis reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The terms applicable at the time of the Try-On Kit purchase will govern the credit.
